Description We can reset all Renault Megane 250 / 265 and 275 Trophy ECUs to factory standard should you find yourself with a locked ECU. A locked ECU can occur when a 3rd party mapping tool has been used to flash a map to your ECU. Often these maps are locked for IP protection, but can also mean that another tuner can no longer read/write to the ECU in the normal way preventing it from being re-mapped. Cloning is also possible – we’ll need your original ECU to be cloned and a working replacement ECU from the same model of car. By ordering this item and posting only one ECU to us we will unlock the ECU, inspect the software, restore it to factory if necessary and return it to you typically within two working days of receiving it.
