This is a rare pediatric skull with Hydrocephalus, a condition that causes swelling of the skull due to a buildup of fluid on the brain. In this skull, the Hydrocephalus swelling is minor but the changes are very apparent nonetheless. Pediatric skulls are commonly damaged due to their fragility, however, this one is in great condition. This skull has a white patina.
