I would have liked to give this light five stars, but the advertising clearly says it can be used as a rear light on a bike. Unfortunately this light does not have any red steady light or a red blinking light. It has a red / blue blinking light which I’m pretty sure is illegal to use on all public streets. There is no red only light. Anyway the main light works pretty well but it’s a little puzzling that there is a separate set of smaller lights running up and down the sides, the amount of light put out by the main light is pretty much identical to the amount of light put out by the multiple small lights on the side. The center light has a slightly smaller area that lights up but really the flood light zone is nearly identical on both of them so it’s really kind of weird that they have these two sets of lights that do pretty much the same thing. That said, the light is reasonably bright, has a nice color to it, and the whole thing does not weigh very much making it easy to clip onto your clothes. I really like this light, but some of the options seem either redundant or unusable.
