Royal Worcester Triple Gilt Dolphins Comport with Sea Urchin Shell platter with colours of the Rainbow at top, the Dolphins and columns in Cream paste and Gilt trim to Dolphins, edge lines and total surround edge of the upper platter. Raised Coral to lower sections of base. This Comport is of subtle colours, unlike many of similar design. It is also amazing, being so old, yet totally perfect without any gilt loss, and no physical damage or wear. The base underside is not impressed or marked in anyway. Tiny factory shrinkage cracks at some of the 3 open, inner base corners and an ash spot, all under glaze, not damage, as part of original manufacture. Dimensions approx.: 14cm high x 19.5cm top dia..
