Just bought my first grill and I bought a smoker box for it to impart light smoke flavor into ribs/chicken/fish/veggies. After doing research I realized I needed medium sized wood chips for the box to ensure it smoked properly.I stumbled upon this variety of chips and realized these were the perfect ‘consistency’ for a grill top smoke box. I was comparing the customer photos/stock photos between listings.In the past 6 months I have cooked/played around with all the varieties and they all do what they say! They smoke! and my oh my is it tasty smoke! I have been enjoying an Apple/Hickory combination on chicken and a nice Mesquite/Pecan on my Ribs and Veggies.
